Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated from Defendant A.

Punishment of the crime

1. The organization of fraud international telephone financial fraud (hereinafter “scam”) consists of an organization that induces transfer of passbooks and e-mail cards by telephone from the French, etc. to the organization that is composed of an organization that leads transfer of passbooks and e-mail cards in the Republic of Korea and plays the role of withdrawing and remitting the amount of damage. The organization shall induce an unspecified domestic people to get loans and withdrawals by telephone or sending letters to the general public, and induce them to transfer the passbooks and e-mail cards through Kwikset Service, etc., and shall induce domestic unspecified people to get loans, or by deceiving them to get loans by raising credit rating by telephone to the general public in the Republic of Korea.

The Defendants, as an employee of the Bohishing cash withdrawal book, possess a passbook and a check card to be used for Bohishing transmitted through Kwikset services, etc. from E (one-name “F.” hereinafter) in China. The Defendants, upon receiving instructions from the above E, intended to take the role of re-cashing back the amount of damage incurred by withdrawing and remitting another cash withdrawal book from G, etc., or transferring it to another account, and then exchanging it to E in order to transfer it to E in China. In addition, the Defendants conspired to acquire money by receiving money transfer from victims to the above passbook account.

At around 10:00 on March 27, 2015, E and in China, the employees of Bosing Singing T and Singing T will make a loan to the victim H in accordance with the government policy, such as low-interest conversion loan, even though they did not have the intent or ability to grant the loan.
