1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2.Provided, That the execution of the above sentence shall be postponed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

International telephone finance fraud (hereinafter referred to as "scaming") consists of an organization operating a call center at a scam point below China and an organization that leads to the transfer of passbooks by telephone, and the withdrawal and transfer of passbooks in Korea. The mid-to long-term call center shall induce unspecified domestic people to transfer the passbooks and cash cards by telephone or sending letters to unspecified domestic people, and shall induce them to transfer them through Kwikset Service, etc., and shall induce them to receive them from domestic solicitation and withdrawals, or induce unspecified domestic people to receive certain money by visiting credit loan charges, etc. by telephone.

The Defendant, under the instruction of Kwiksetman’s “D”, is either a passbook and cash card delivered through Kwikset Service, or a cash card and password are released and delivered to “D” upon receiving instructions from “D” and under the direction of “D”, as domestic recruitment and withdrawal measures for collecting, withdrawing, and delivering cash cards or money.

As such, the Defendant conspired with the victims of the passbooks and cash cards in collusion with the Defendant, such as “D,” and conspiredd to acquire money by deceiving the passbooks and cash cards in the name of the head of the Tong and the nominal owner, and to take money through the method of withdrawing money after receiving money from the victims, such as the passbook collected.
