A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 23, 2009, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's net support on November 23, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of two million won for the same crime in the same court on November 16, 2012.

On April 26, 2015, at around 04:25, the Defendant driven D rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.138% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 50 meters from the front of the danran-dong to the front road of the Gyeongnam apartment located in the same Dong from around 50 meters.

On August 11, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:45, 2015, driven a D rocketing car without obtaining a driver’s license in front of the F cafeteria located in the E, and there are reasonable grounds to recognize the Defendant to have been driving under the influence of alcohol, such as the Defendant’s drinking, smelling, and failing to properly hold the body, etc., and accordingly, failed to comply with the demand of the Defendant to comply with the drinking measurement three times from around 21:33 to 21:53 on the same day from the G, etc. belonging to the Steering Police Station on the same day.
