Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

On November 2015, the Defendant, even if he was not a pharmacy founder, acquired 1 gambling drugs (4 gam) for the purpose of selling them by receiving 5,000 won from the wholesalers of adult products in the name of the Defendant, which are defined as prescription drugs from the selling stores of adult products in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, which are operated by himself as prescription drugs.
