1. Basic facts

A. Defendant Egypt Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company that manufactures and sells clothing products, etc., and the Plaintiff offered real estate listed in the separate sheet owned by Defendant Egypt Co., Ltd.
