Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2017, the Defendant driven BM7 New Art car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.070% at a section of about 700 meters from the Grand Galing Center parking lot located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu to the 312 Gambro 312 (Woo-dong 2).
