Punishment of the crime

On August 14, 2015, at around 03:40, the Defendant driven B K7 passenger cars with alcohol concentration of 0.154% 0.154% while under the influence of alcohol on the part of approximately 28, 3 meters in front of the Jyang-ro, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (i.e., Jyangdong).
