1. The defendant,

A. On May 9, 2019, the consignment management contract is terminated on the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet No. 1 list from the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim is as shown in attached Form 2;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed part of the period shall claim damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, which is stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

However, since the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019; and the interest rate under the above provision was “12% per annum”, the part seeking more than the above scope of recognition is without merit.
