1. The defendant shall pay 3,10,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 6, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

The statutory interest rate provisions of the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which partially dismiss, are amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, and thus, a claim for damages for delay exceeding the above recognized scope is groundless.
