Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[Public recruitment relation] The Defendants discovered the way of entry into the Republic of Korea due to the influence of Corrovir, etc. as a foreigner of Chinese nationality. Defendant B expressed his intention to enter the Republic of Korea together with Defendant C, and Defendant C consented thereto with two Chinese nationals, such as E (Detention on July 1, 2020) and F (Detention on July 1, 2020), etc., Defendant C paid 10,000 won for the smuggling entry into the Republic of Korea, and introduced the above method to enter the Republic of Korea through the aforementioned 200 Ewr 2,000 won, and then, the aforementioned method to enter the coast from 250 Ewr 2,020.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Where a foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act intends to enter the Republic of Korea, he/she shall undergo an entry inspection at the entry and departure port of entry;
