Defendant

1. On September 24, 2012, at the Defendant’s house around 01:57, at around 01:57, the victim D Co., Ltd. (representative E) was unable to get supplied within the camping equipment by exercising pressure by Defendant’s cooperative companies F. of camping equipment selling companies, under the Defendant’s home, at around 103 13:57, the Defendant’s house called “D operator (the change of funeral) will am the Internet N. B. bulletin board “I will am am am scen and am scencencenc in the upper Do, and am scencenc in the middle of 1.6t through the pressure of the victim’s cooperative companies so that the victim might not supply the f.m. through the Defendant’s house.” The meaning of “D operator (the change of funeral service) will not be meaningful in the middle of 1.2t through the victim company,” and the content of “the water reservoir and salted in which the victim company sold several times.”

2. At around 02:01 on September 24, 2012, on the same grounds as the above place: (a) disseminates false information by putting this article on the Internet NAV D bulletin boards in the contents of the above title and content on the Internet NAV bulletin boards; (b)

3. On September 25, 2012, around 02:21, 201, on the same grounds as the above place: (a) published false information by inserting the aforementioned contents and the content that he/she was demoted from G and H, under the title “G operator who seeks to increase the number of times by hand,” at Internet NVV Kaf F bulletin board public offices; and (b)

4. On October 2, 2012, around 14:58, in the same manner as above, on the grounds of the same method as above, the Internet NAB car page F, namely, “The post that was interrupted by the request of G to NER,” and disseminates false information in light of the above content, thereby hindering each victim’s wholesale and retail of camping goods and services.
