Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a game-related business operator who runs a general game providing business under the trade name of "D" on the second floor of Chuncheon City C.

No game products-related business entity shall allow any person to gamble or perform other speculative acts using game water, or leave him/her to do so.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 2017. 4. 23. 경부터 2017. 5. 23. 경까지 위 게임 장에 일종의 카드( 포커) 게임 물인 ‘E’ 40대와 ‘F’ 30대를 설치하고, 그 곳을 찾은 불특정 다수의 손님들이 게임기에 현금을 투입하고 자동 실행장치인 속칭 ‘ 똑딱이 ’를 이용하여 실력이 아닌 운에 따라 자동으로 게임을 진행하게 한 다음, 우연의 결과에 따라 정해진 일정한 점수 (20,000 점 이상 )를 획득하면 점수에 따라 1만 원 상당의 무기명 점수 보관 증을 발행하고, 위 점수 보관 증을 소지하고 있는 손님 또는 그 손님으로부터 이를 양도 받은 제 3 자로부터 위 점수 보관 증의 교환을 요구 받으면, 위 점수 보관 증에 기재된 점수 만큼의 코 인을 위 각 게임기에 입력해 주어 그들 로 하여금 다시 위 각 게임 물을 이용할 수 있게 하였다.
