Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a wing vehicle B.

On June 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) operated the above sealed vehicle and its blood alcohol concentration of 0.194% under normal operation on the roads in Busan Eastdong-dong-gu; (b) but was negligent in operating the steering wheel and brakes in front of the above 2nd class due to occupational negligence in the operation of the victim C (43 years old) driving on the left-hand side of the above 2nd class of the vehicle and the tension of the said 2nd class of the said vehicle; (c) continued to receive from the victim C (34 years old) driving on the front left-hand side of the said vehicle and the front side of the said 2nd class of the said vehicle, which was in need of treatment for the said tension 3rd class of the said vehicle; and (d) received from the victim E (34 years old) tension in front of the said vehicle and the rear part of the said tension during the front line of the said vehicle and received from the victim during the treatment of the said tension during the front line of the said vehicle.
