A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 15:20 on January 11, 2014, the Defendant reported that the victim E (the 52-year-old), who is a female living together of the Defendant on the road “D,” located in Gyeyang-si, Yangsan-si, was able to get off together with his female at the victim F (the 55-year-old-old-age-age-age-old-car) who currently is in school with his female and at the Aburg-purged-car, and that he was in danger at the construction site adjacent to it, at least 73 cm in length, at one time at the right end of the victim E, and continuously, at one time at the right end of the victim E with the pipe, the victim’s her kne-e-face in need of treatment for about 14 days, and then cut off the victim F on the right side for another 14-day-day side.
2. On March 21, 2014, at around 07:24, the Defendant: (a) called “the Defendant” to the victim on a truck owned by the Defendant that was parked near the Defendant’s residence located in Yangsan-si, and called “the Defendant to know” from the victim; (b) the Defendant saw that “the Defendant would know”, “the Defendant would know” from the victim; and (c) the colored plastic paper and knife (35.5 cm in total length, 22.5 cm in length, knife), blue tape, glass tape, red tape, tamper tape, knife, mountain saw, knife, etc.; and (d) the Defendant sawed the Victim with wire ropes, etc. containing the Defendant.
At around 08:10 on the same day, the Defendant met the victim at the Yangsan Public Athletic Site parking lot located in Yangsan-si, left the said passenger car steering place on the back seat, left the said passenger car steering place on the back seat, and left the plastic paper with a view to the string. At Yangsan-si, the Defendant saw the victim as a restaurant located in H, Yangsan-si, and talked with it as the victim, but the victim had talked with this low time, but the victim again saw the victim as “I will go through through the way,” and the victim rejected it.
The defendant is a passenger car.
