The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up by the Land Survey Project during the Japanese Occupation Period, it is written that E, the Plaintiff’s additional investigation team, was under the circumstances of 1,707 square meters (in size converted into 5,643 square meters) prior to October 10, 1913, Gyeonggi-do, Gyeonggi-do.

On December 31, 1964, the above land was divided into the land No. 1 and the land No. 2 of this case.

B. E, while residing in Gyeonggi-do G, died in 1936, and the head of his household, his heir, was solely inherited his property.

(E) On July 15, 1928, H died on July 8, 1982, and H’s wife died on May 23, 2013, the K, L, M, and Plaintiff (N andO were more children of H), and N was jointly inherited on November 20, 1957, and theO died on October 10, 1960.

On the other hand, after the death of December 21, 2001, K jointly succeeded to P, Q, R, S, and T, their children. The remaining inheritors, except the Plaintiff, renounced the inheritance rights of each land of this case.

C. U on March 27, 1962, registered the preservation of ownership on each land of this case.

Accordingly, with respect to the land of this case, the registration of ownership transfer based on the completion of repayment on December 20, 1969, the registration of ownership transfer based on WW made on sale on February 23, 1971, and the registration of ownership transfer based on Defendant B made on sale on April 13, 2001. ② The registration of ownership transfer based on W was completed on May 28, 1969 (No. 3, 1962) and the registration of ownership transfer based on Defendant B made on sale on April 13, 201, respectively.
