1. The plaintiff's claim of this case is all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. According to the Land Survey Book drawn up during the Japanese occupation period, E was assessed on October 10, 1913, the F of Gyeonggicheon-gun, 1289.

(b) The land F in Gyeonggi-do shall be the land set out in paragraph 1 of the attached Table, G in Gyeonggi-do, 205, on December 30, 1965 (the land set out in paragraph 1 of the attached Table);

hereinafter referred to as “instant land No. 1”) H, H, 591, and I 499 square meters (attached Form No. 2)

hereinafter “instant land No. 2” was divided into “the instant land” and the instant land Nos. 1 and 2 was combined into “each of the instant land.”

The J resided in the Gyeonggi-do L, Gyeonggi-do, and died in 1936, and the deceased in 1936, and the deceased in his own family heir (N, the South-North of J, died on July 15, 1928). M died on July 8, 192, and on May 23, 2013, the O, the wife of M, died on May 23, 2013, and therefore, the P, Q, R, and the Plaintiff (M’s children), who were his children, died on November 20, 1957, and C died on October 10, 1960.

On December 21, 2001, one part P was jointly inherited to U, V, W, X, and Y, who are their children. The remaining inheritors, other than the Plaintiff, renounced the inheritance rights of each land of this case.

(d)

On May 14, 1963, the Z has completed the registration for the preservation of ownership with respect to the land F in Gyeonggi-gun, the Gyeonggi-gun, and the registration completed based thereon shall be as follows:

1) As to each of the instant lands, AA completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to the completion of repayment in accordance with Article 11 of the Farmland Reform Act, No. 3762, Nov. 5, 1968, as to receipt on Nov. 5, 1972, AA completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to the completion of repayment in accordance with Article 11 of the Farmland Reform Act. AB’s heir completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to the division under No. 7876, Jun. 21, 2000, a registry office of the district government district court in the Dongcheon District of the Republic of Korea on Jun. 21, 200, AC completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to the inheritance due to the division under No. 15568, Aug. 26, 2004, AC completed the registration of transfer of ownership due to the sale under Article 1568 of the same registry office.
