A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-hurbed vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.166% in a section of about 55 km from his/her blood alcohol level to his/her point of 79 km-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-do branch of the Dong-si, the Gyeonggi-do branch of the Dong-si, the Gyeonggi-do branch of the Dong-si, the Gyeonggi-do branch of the Dong-si.

2. The Defendant violating the Resident Registration Act: (a) caused a traffic accident by drinking alcohol at the time, time, and place specified in paragraph (1); (b) while driving a motor vehicle by pro-friendly E to D guards of the expressway patrol team, who was in the course of investigation of an accident, while driving a motor vehicle on the expressway patrol team.

E Resident registration numbers (F) were improperly used by others.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, signed the “E” in a voluntary accompanying consent issued by E during the accident investigation, and a state driver’s circumstantial statement form, using a black pen, and signed the “E” in the PDA short term, in which the notice of the results of the crackdown on drinking driving is entered.

Accordingly, the Defendant made E’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

4. The Defendant, like paragraph 3, submitted to D the document stating the forged E’s signature, a written consent of voluntary accompanying, the state driver’s circumstantial statement report, etc., as if the document was a document stating the duly signed signature.
