1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) 4,198,400 won and 15% per annum from April 3, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. As of April 4, 1994, the land listed in paragraphs 1 and 2 among each land listed in the annexed Table 1 (hereinafter “each land of this case”) was jointly owned by C (3/5 shares) and D (2/5 shares). The land listed in paragraph 3 was owned by C.

B. C’s co-ownership or ownership of each of the instant lands was sold in sequence to E, and the ownership transfer registration was completed on April 27, 1995.

C. Meanwhile, on April 9, 1994, C obtained a building permit on each land of this case from the head of the Nam-gu Busan District Office, but revoked the building permit on October 4, 1994.

Nevertheless, on each land of this case, the construction of F loan, which is an aggregate building of the 16th unit size of the 4th unit for the purpose of sale, was completed.

On February 1, 200, voluntary auction was initiated for each of the instant lands, and international mutual savings banks, a stock company, at March 7, 2001, completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 19, 2001.

After that, our industry (hereinafter “Korea industry”) completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the instant lands on November 29, 2002.

E. On November 4, 2003, the Plaintiff and G purchased shares in each of the instant lands (hereinafter “instant shares”) corresponding to the ratio of the area of the section for exclusive use in attached Table 2, 205 (hereinafter “Attachment 1”) among the instant buildings from our industry. The Plaintiff and G purchased shares in each of the instant lands (hereinafter “instant shares”) corresponding to the ratio of the area of the section for exclusive use in attached Table 2, 205 (hereinafter “Attachment 1”). The portion corresponding to 80%, while the portion corresponding to 20%, in the Plaintiff’s name, and the portion corresponding to 20%, in G name, completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 24, 2003, respectively. The Plaintiff again completed the registration of ownership transfer on each of the instant lands

F. In addition to the Plaintiff and G, 13 members, including H, I, and J, including 13 members, from July 14, 2003 to September 13, 2004, completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to shares of each land of this case corresponding to the ratio of the area of each section for exclusive use of the building of this case except subparagraph 205.
