1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties 1) The Plaintiff Association is the apartment-type factory C in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu (hereinafter “C-type factory”).

(2) The Plaintiff Union was a member of the Plaintiff Union from March 19, 2005 to March 19, 201, and the Defendant was a de facto de facto spouse of D and became a member of the Plaintiff Union around October 2009, with the aim of promoting the sound development of business, promoting the mutual welfare, and promoting the cooperative project by obtaining the authorization of establishment from the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives Act around December 30, 1994.

3) Around November 14, 2002, the Plaintiff Union completed the registration of ownership transfer for the instant real estate from the Seoul Northern District Court’s receipt of the Northern District Court’s registration office on June 17, 2002, which was due to sale and purchase on June 17, 2002. D’s share of the instant real estate (C-type factory 402, 601, 901, and 902) 25.179 shares (C-type factory 402, 601, 902) among the instant real estate, and D’s acquisition of only the instant real estate shares (i) around October 4, 200, around 200.
