1. The defendant shall pay 46,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 6, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, provides labor under employment of the Defendant from January 1, 2002 to February 20, 202.

However, the defendant is not paid 14 days after the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment due date of the plaintiff's retirement allowance. Thus, the defendant is entitled to compensation for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37 (1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from the date following the 14 days after the date of retirement to the date of full payment.
