1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,897,293 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 7, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, provides labor under employment of the Defendant from February 18, 2010 to November 22, 2019.

However, the defendant is not paid 14 days after the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the payment due date of the plaintiff's retirement allowance. Thus, the defendant is entitled to compensation for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under Article 37 (1) of the Labor Standards Act and Article 17 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act from the day following the 14 days after the date of retirement to the day of full payment.
