1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 57,204,297 and KRW 56,614,216, out of the above amount.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, the defendant lost the benefit of the term on March 21, 2018 from among the parties liable for a loan under a loan agreement with the plaintiff on September 21, 2017. As of February 21, 2018, the defendant bears the obligation of KRW 56,614,216, unpaid interest, KRW 584,107, and KRW 57,204,297, as of February 21, 2018, including damages for delay, KRW 57,204,297, and the interest rate for delay under the loan agreement can be acknowledged as 25% per annum.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay at the rate of 25% per annum, which is the agreed interest rate of 56,614,216 won from February 22, 2018 to the date of full payment, among the above amount of KRW 57,204,297 and the above amount of KRW 56,614,216.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
