1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. (1) The Plaintiffs are owners of each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) (However, ownership of 1/2 shares in certain land), and the Defendant is a person who has completed registration of preservation of ownership of the instant land without legal title.
(2) The land survey division in Yangju-gun Nri’s land survey division in a certain period was about O 40 square meters and P 203 square meters. The forest survey report in the head-Gun Sri’s forest was about 5 square meters, 3 square meters, 6 square meters, 1 square meters, 5 square meters, 5 square meters, 2 square meters, 7 square meters in W 2 square meters in Yangju-si, Nri. The forest survey report in the head-Gun Sri’s forest was about 440 square meters, and Y was about 6 square meters in Q.
(3) The instant situation changed the area of the land to “mar,” and changed to “mar,” and the “Yan-gun, Yangyang-gun,” in the Japanese colonial era, was changed to “Zin, Nam-si, Namyang-si.” In addition, the Japanese colonial era changed to the current “AB Ri,” thereby eventually became the instant land.

(5) As X died on May 12, 1929, AC, the head of X, must succeed to Australia and property, but AC died with no later than X first, and AD was adopted as a post-contributer of AC. Ultimately, AD, the ex post-contribute of X’s inherited property, was solely succeeded to X’s inherited property.
AD had a wife AE (Death on August 8, 1975), a Vietnam AF, AG (Marriage on October 5, 1948), A (Marriage on September 20, 1954), B, C, and AH as a family member, and the headnam F died first of the AD as his own member, and D was his family member.
