1. The plaintiff's supplementary intervenor's application for participation shall be permitted.

Reasons
1. The following facts may be found either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the overall purport of the pleadings in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6 through 12, 14, 15 (including each number, if any; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 6 through 10, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 4, 1, 2 and 3, Eul evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, and 5.
Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K (hereinafter referred to as “AD building owners”) and Defendant Q Q, R, S, T, U, V, and W (hereinafter referred to as “AE East building owners”) are co-owners of the AF Dong (hereinafter referred to as “AF Dong”) of the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government AFdong (hereinafter referred to as “AF Dong”) and co-owners of the AFdong (hereinafter referred to as “instant building owners”) of the AFdong and of the apartment house (2 Dong and 16 households) of the “AH building” constructed on the ground.
The instant building owner constituted a rebuilding promotion committee for AH smoke (hereinafter “instant reconstruction”), and on May 4, 200, appointed Defendant D as its representative and delegated all the affairs related to the reconstruction.
B. On June 30, 200, the instant reconstruction plan owner divided AG large 1,084 square meters into AG large 510 square meters and AI large 574 square meters (hereinafter collectively referred to as “instant land”). The instant building owner, the owner of AG apartment house, was to construct one apartment unit (hereinafter referred to as “ADdong”) with the first underground floor, the nine floors above ground, and the total 16 households above the AG ground, and the owner of AE-dong, the owner of the AI-based apartment house, the owner of AE-dong, the owner of the AI-based apartment house, shall construct one apartment unit (hereinafter referred to as “AEdong”) with the 18 household unit above the AI-based underground floor, the 9th ground floor, and the 18 household unit (hereinafter referred to as “AEdong”).
C. On May 13, 2002, the owner of AD-dong building entered into a reconstruction contract (hereinafter “instant arrangement”) with the AJ-based company (hereinafter “AJ”) on May 12, 2002, with each of the following contents.
