Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving a rocketing car.

On September 5, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.32% (%) during blood transfusion around 18:20 on September 5, 2015, and driven the above vehicle in front of the Hacheon-dong community service center located in the Heung-gu Cheongju-dong community service center in Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and proceeded one lane above the two-lanes on the front side of the resignation.
