Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 9, 2015, the Defendant driven a car in the Donish B as its duty, and changed the front line from the first lane to the second lane after signal waiting at the front of the North Korean National Police Agency, which was in the Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, at the time of Jeonju, into a two-lane.

In such cases, the driver of a motor vehicle shall not change course when it is likely to impede normal traffic of other motor vehicles driving in the direction to change, and has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to change his course to two-lanes for the victim C(37) driving with two-lanes for the same direction, and destroyed the above AV car by taking a part of the DV driving and the left side part of the DV driving into the right side of the Defendant’s car and the back part of the DV, and thereby damaging the AV car to cover approximately KRW 935,636.

However, the Defendant immediately stopped and did not take necessary measures such as checking the damage status.
