Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 500 meters near the entrance of the Gyeyang Arts Park in the Mayang-gu, Sayang-gu, Sayang-do, with alcohol level of 0.074% at around 0.074% in alcohol level during blood transfusion at around 22:30 on September 14, 2017, to the road front of the 1188 Mandong-gu.
