Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2017, the Defendant driven a B-learning vehicle owned by himself under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.106% in blood, from the front of a mutually influent restaurant in the vicinity of the “Sayang Arts Park” to the front of the 1188 'Saultour’ road according to the same Gu’, as the Hanyang-si Art Park around 22:05.
