Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

Reasons
Criminal facts
Defendants are engaged in agriculture, and are not authorized to handle them as married couple.
1. Defendant A
A. On January 1, 2012, the Defendant purchased at KRW 400,00,00 for a single-use injection device (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) using approximately 0.8g of psychotropic drugs from D at adult equipment stores located in Jung-si, Si, Jung-gu, 2012.
B. On January 1, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with D, put about approximately 0.03 ghopon into a philopon inhaler in collusion with D and administered once in a manner that inhales smoke generated by heating in the said apparatus.
C. On August 7, 2012, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.03g of philopon from a woman in distress at the main point to 50,000 won, and administered once in the above manner.
At around 24:00 on August 7, 2012, the Defendant received approximately 0.03 g of philophones from the above women at the same place as the above paragraph (c), and administered them once in the above manner.
2. Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On January 21, 2012, the Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03g of the philophonephones purchased, as described in paragraph 1(a), once, in the same manner as described in paragraph 1(b).
B. At around 20:00 on January 201, the Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03 g of phiphones in the same place as the above paragraph (a).
C. At around 21:00 at the end of January 2012, the Defendants conspired to administer approximately 0.03 g of phiphones in the same place as the above paragraph (a). D.
At around 05:00 on September 13, 2012, the Defendants conspired to administer once, in a manner of inhaleing smokes caused by the dilution in the dilution water at the same place as the above paragraph (a).
