A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at the end of 2011, purchased 1.4 million won from a male on his name at the bottom of the Busan Sin-gu, Busan at the end of the end of 201, accepted Otoba, sold after the receipt of Otoba, and sold after removal of Otoba, “B” number plates attached on Obaba, which were installed on Obaba, were removed and stored on September 4, 2015. On September 21, 200, the Defendant used Obaba number plates, which are one’s own signs, by attaching Oba to Obaba, 1,300c, the back of Obababa in order to exercise on D located in Busan-gu, Busan at the end of 2015.

2. The Defendant at an illegal-use air defense event, as described in Paragraph 1 above, illegally attached the number plate “B” to his her otoba, and exercised the above number plate, which is an air hoba who operated the above 3km from the D located in Busan metropolitan area to the end of 14 U.S., Nam-gu, Busan metropolitan area, from around 21:0 to the end of 3km.

3. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving at the same time and place as stated in paragraph (2) above without obtaining a driver’s license.

4. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

The Defendant, as a holder of Oral Ba referred to in paragraph (1) above, operated Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph (2).
