A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:00 on October 28, 2012, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and illegally used the number plate of the two-wheeled automobile, air air, which was attached to the GTS 125cc Orala, owned by the Defendant, in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, by removing the number plate of the “C” and attaching it to the 1,300cc business strawa, which was not registered by the Defendant.
