Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 13:00 on September 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed a “Dcafeteria” operated by the victim C (year 31) located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) was damaged by breaking the machinery knife manufacturing machine knife, the victim’s mother, E and Si expenses, from which the market price is unknown; and (c) continuously 20,000 won of the market price, which is the victim’s own.

A.
