Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants are women, and the victims E (the age of 57) is the relatives of Defendant A, the victim F (the age of 31) is the children of E, and the ordinary Defendants were the children of E, and there was a good appraisal for the victims about the construction of the buildings purchased under the joint names of Defendant A and the above E, and the test cost.
1. 2.
