Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall acquire, transfer, acquire, transport, or store wild animals illegally captured, imported, or brought into Korea, or foods or processed products made therefrom, upon knowing such fact, or arrange such act;

At around 20:00 on January 27, 2013, the Defendant acquired 1 marine, which is a wild animal illegally captured D, without compensation, upon being aware of the fact, and stored it in the cooling house installed at the home of the Defendant in the same city E.

2. No person shall make, sell, possess or keep snares, traps, nooses or other implements with which it is possible to capture wild animals;

The Defendant kept 7 colonies, 10, 10, and 2, 15:10 on February 13, 2013 at the office of the Defendant’s home located in Yongcheon-si, Chungcheongnamcheon-si, Kim Jong-si, and 15:10 on February 13, 2013.
