A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury before danger) and is engaged in driving a bicycle B QL125B engine device.

On June 26, 2018, at around 21:06, the Defendant driven the motor device bicycle on a three-lane road in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Dongdaemun-gu, with three-lanes in the direction of electric farming distance from the intersection to the intersection in the East-gate.

On June 26, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven B QL125B bicycle under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol at a section of approximately 3.5 km from the roads near Jongno-gu Seoul Burial Station to the roads in front of the E elementary school located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Seoul.
