A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by a fine of thirty million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) is a person who is engaged in driving a motor device or bicycle without registration.

On March 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol content 0.129% during blood transfusions on a light of 01:40 on March 9, 2016, the Defendant driven the victim B (the victim B, the age of 20) on the back page and driven the said motor bicycle on two-lanes of the front section C of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, along the shooting distance from the front section of the urban railroad construction.

In such cases, despite the fact that a person engaged in a motor vehicle bicycle driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately operating the brake system, the defendant neglected it under the influence of alcohol and caused the bicycle bicycle to go beyond the ground by an occupational negligence that operated the brake rapidly.

2. 3. The Defendant, at around 03:00 on March 9, 201, signed the signature of the company and signed the above investigation, at the Seoul Dongdaemun Police Station’s traffic survey office located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu.
