1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 250,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. From February 10, 2015 to May 30, 2016, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent to Defendant B a total of KRW 250,000,000 in total on six occasions, 2% of interest per month (payment on the 10th of each month) and the due date on February 26, 2017. Defendant C guaranteed Defendant C’s joint and several obligation to the Plaintiff at the time of the said lending.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated by the rate of 24% per annum from July 10, 2016 to the date of delinquency with the agreed interest rate of KRW 250,000,000, and the agreed interest rate of KRW 24% per annum.
