1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 250,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from June 15, 2009 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On June 15, 2009, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 250 million to Defendant B at maturity on December 30, 2009 and interest rate of KRW 24% per annum. Defendant C guaranteed the above loan obligation.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rate of KRW 250 million per annum from June 15, 2009 to the date of full payment, which is 24% of the agreed interest rate.
