In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty of the fraud against the victim H among the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, and found the Defendant not guilty. On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no specific ground of appeal as to the appellate brief or appellate brief.
