The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty on the ground that there is no proof of criminal facts as to the damage of property among the facts charged of this case and found the defendant not guilty, and there is no violation of law of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence as alleged in the grounds of appeal

The prosecutor also appealed the guilty portion of the judgment below, but the appellate brief or the appellate brief does not contain specific grounds for appeal as to this part.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
