1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

2. However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The JJ Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “J”) is a company that develops, manufactures and sells a nuclear power plant supply valve, etc. established on February 20, 2003.

Defendant

A is a person who was employed in the J on May 1, 2006 and was in charge of research and development of valves, etc. as the head of the technical research institute team from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009, and currently works in the project-general office of J.

Defendant

B was employed by J on April 23, 2007 and was in charge of the request for examination and the collection, organization, and review of quality documents as the head of the quality management team during the period from December 31, 2009, and was in charge of the affairs of request for examination, the collection, organization, and review of quality documents, and was in charge of the K quality management team at the K quality management team as of November 201.

Defendant

C served in L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “L”) from July 2, 1979 to July 15, 2004. On January 1, 2008, upon joining the J quality management office from January 1, 2008 to June 201, it was in charge of the review and submission of quality documents as “quality manager” designated in the J Quality Management Office from the time to June 2010, and is currently serving in M Co., Ltd. as of June 2010.

2. On October 30, 2009, L, which led to the commission of the crime, entered into a supply contract (contract number N) with J on the Actumen Pneator Pype (hereinafter “the instant motive”).

On November 19, 2009, the payment date under this contract concerning the motive was 93,390,000 won, the delivery amount was 93,390,000 won, and the purchase specifications demanded the submission of an official material test report (A356-T6) on the location of the actual stack (A356-T6) among the structural motive.

The quality documents of the original motive is managed by the technical research institute, but around November 13, 2009, Defendant B of the quality management center prepared the final copy to be submitted at the time of delivery while being transferred and managed by Defendant B.

On November 17, 2009, J's representative director (O) around November 17, 2009 has been examined by Defendant B with a quality document shot file.
