Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person who is not accredited by the Mayor/Do Governor shall be allowed to engage in massage for profit.

Although the Defendant did not obtain the recognition of a massage, at around 13:00 on September 5, 2014, the Defendant got 165,000 won from “C” located in the 2nd floor, Nam-gu, Daegu, Daegu, and received 165,000 won from “C”, a customer, and got a pressure on D’s body through E, a female employee.
