Criminal facts

Defendant A is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “D” with eight smugglings equipped with shower facilities and booms, etc. in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Ansan-si (area: 145.2m2m2).

Around July 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) explained to the needy customer who visited the above “D” that “at least 130,000 won if he/she has a math, 110,000 won if he/she has a math, 110,000 won if he/she has a math,” and (b) explained him/her to the preparation for commercial sex acts; (c) and (d) requested E (the 39 years of age) who is a female employee of sexual traffic to engage in commercial sex acts at the sealed room, and arranged commercial sex acts from July 17, 2016 to July 28, 2016.

Defendant A is a person who operates “D” on the 1st basement floor of the Dongwon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Ansan-si.

No person shall engage in massage for profit without being accredited as a inseminator.
