Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 24, 2019, around 00:25, the Defendant committed a crime in front of the second convenience store in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, and assaulted the Defendant’s work partner D, who was arrested a flagrant offender from G, etc., who was a policeman belonging to the Seoul Western Police Station F District Unit, due to the Defendant’s suspicion of injuringing the Defendant’s male-friendly job offering E, and was arrested, such as taking the Defendant on the hand room behind the left side of G who was arrested.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention, suppression and investigation of the above police officer's crime.

2. On May 24, 2019, the Defendant on the F District of the Seoul Seocho Police Station, as described in paragraph (1), 00:45, on board the patrol vehicle according to the above D, and entered the F District located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, as indicated in paragraph (1) and expressed his/her desire to “I am humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbly humbing off the damaged part of the damaged E, and prevented him/her from marking his/her photograph, as described in paragraph (1), and from the above I, “I will interfere with the performance of official duties.
