The appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
According to the records, the court below may find out that each of the crimes of this case in relation to the latter concurrent crimes under the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act was sentenced simultaneously to the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) at the same time, and the sentencing was conducted in consideration of equity, and thus, the allegation in the grounds of appeal
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
