A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 11:50 on January 1, 2013, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by drinking the victim D (the age of 16) in a restaurant with the trade name "Mapopo City C", and by drinking the victim's fright to force the indecent act.

Reasons for sentencing

1. The scope of applicable sentences under law: Imprisonment for six months to fifteen years; and
