A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A. On November 27, 2014, the Defendant taken up one copy of the KB national card (F) in the name of the victim at the victim’s bank located there, using the gaps in the victim’s E’s management neglected in the victim’s room located in the “D” restaurant located not more than twice in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun (B).

B. On November 27, 2014, the victim H purchased 300,000 won or more at the victim H located in Seocheon-gun G (hereinafter referred to as the “Secheon-gun G”) and presented the stolen KB national card under the name of E as if he/she had a legitimate right to use, and the payment was made from that time to September 24, 2015, and the price was paid by 15,645,487 won in total on 238 occasions as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table (1) of the list of crimes in attached Form (1) and did not pay the price, thereby acquiring the same amount of financial benefits and using the stolen credit card illegally using the same amount as it did not pay the price;

C. Around December 20, 2014, at the office of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Dongcheon-gun, Dongcheon-gun, a victim bank administered by the victim at a 7-do office of Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Dongcheon-gun, by inserting the above-mentioned KB national card under the name of Dong, and inputting the password, etc., which was known in advance, and then taking cash services to receive the victim’s possession, and then cut the victim’s cash by receiving the cash services. From that time to September 30, 2015, the victim withdrawn 17,050,000 won in total over 27 times, such as the daily list of crimes, and illegally used the stolen credit card.

2. The Defendant, who knows his personal information E, receives a credit card in his name and uses it again with the credit card in his name;

A. On February 23, 2015, the Samsung Card Co., Ltd. was re-issued by phone calls from Samsung Card Co., Ltd. around the following three sub-sections: (a) around February 26, 2015; and (b) around February 26, 2015, the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnamcheon-gun I used ARS (123 times) from the Defendant’s house located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.
