Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2016, the defendant was given a summary order of a fine of three million won by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On November 22, 2019, at around 06:10, the Defendant driven D's car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 2 km alcohol concentration of about 0.042% from the 2km section from the front road in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the Dongcheon-dong located in the same west-dong.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
