Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 3, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act by the Ulsan District Court.

On November 10, 2019, at around 07:25, the Defendant driven a F K7 car under the influence of alcohol content of about 900 meters from the section of approximately 900 meters from the front of the C cafeteria located in Ulsandong-gu B to the front of the E cafeteria located in D.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
