Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] Defendant A was sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Seoul Southern District Court on November 13, 2013, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 3, 2015. Defendant B was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daejeon District Court’s Seosan Branch on May 8, 2014, and was sentenced to two years and six months of enforcement of the sentence on May 8, 2016, and was not a narcotics handler.

1. Defendant A

A. On February 18, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately 1g 400,000 won to E, in the third smoking room of D’s third floor, a luminous medicine, (one penphone; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

B. On May 7, 2017, the Defendant injected G hotel 207, G hotel 207 in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, and approximately 0.07 gopphones into a single-use injection machine, dilution with bio-diling, and injected them with their arms in a way of injecting them into their arms.

On May 8, 2017, the Defendant put approximately 0.25g of philophones into his hand room at the places described in paragraph (b) around May 8, 2017.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 7, 2017, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected the trade influorium located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with approximately 0.03g of philopon into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with bio-velopon, and administered them by means of injection into his arms and divers.

B. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) put about 0.88 g of phiphones in a paper box; (b) put about 0.39 g of philophones into one’s own car; (c) put about 0.36 ml of philophones dilutions, which were dilutiond with one’s own hand; (d) put about 0.28 g of hemps and approximately 19.28 g of philophones into one’s car at the places described in the port; and (e) put about 0.36 ml of philophones dilutions into one’s own car.

1. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 5g of the Meteptopian, a local mental medicine, from the network H, at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in the New-dong, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, at approximately 1.2 million.

2. The Defendant is Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 24:00 on June 11, 2016.
